The following are a list of video tutorials with quick reference guides that provide members with an overview of website functions and how to get the most out of your experience. We are in the process of developing additional tutorials to address a variety of member needs.

All approved members of CSI are eligible to receive a free continuing education (CE) certificate for one NBCC-approved clock hour for each live or recorded webinar in which they participate.

This 3 minute tutorial describes the process of obtaining a CE certificate after completing the webinar and required survey or quiz.


Address Verification & Political Districting

Address Verification & Political Districting

There are helpful features in your profile; however, this one requires address verification. Political districting is useful for CSI's advocacy campaigns and it is useful for members to look up and browse information about their U.S. senators and representatives.

This 2 minute tutorial describes how members can verify their addresses to identify their political district representatives in the U.S. Congress and improve the effectiveness of counselor and client advocacy campaigns.
