Voting for Chi Sigma Iota International officers occurs each year by a collective vote per active chapter. All active members of your CSI chapter should be invited to vote for the President-Elect and Treasurer officer positions. This is a terrific way to encourage your alumni and professional members to participate in your chapter!

Do you need help figuring out how to solicit your chapter members’ individual votes? Here are some step-by-step instructions you can use.

• Step 1: Download your chapter member list. Chapter Faculty Advisors can download a list of chapter members from the Member Management System on the CSI website. (Visit https://www.csi-net.org/page/member_management for instructions to access the portal and download your Chapter Membership List). After you download the list of chapter members, you can move to...

• Step 2: Contact chapter members. Using your Chapter Member List, identify your chapter members who are currently active (not expired) and work with your chapter leaders to ensure that those members are invited to vote in the election this month. Use email and your (CSI HQ approved) chapter social media to contact members. With the Alpha Chapter’s permission, we’re sharing the email they sent to their chapter members as an example of how to help chapter members vote.

• Step 3: Tally your chapter members’ votes. The candidate who receives the most members’ votes should receive the chapter’s vote.

• Step 4: Submit your chapter’s vote. By 5:00 PM EST on December 1, 2024, one of the Chapter Faculty Advisors should use the CSI Elections Ballot to submit your chapter’s vote for CSI President-Elect and Treasurer.
