The ambivalence so many men experience in counseling due to challenges such as masculine gender role stress, stonewalling and withdrawal, performance orientations and sexuality are openly discussed. Special topics of infidelity, cultural diversity, working with veterans and fathering are also addressed. Couples counseling be challenging, and working effectively with the male partner, especially as a female counselor, can be even more challenging. </p><p>This book is truly valuable in addressing men’s unique needs. This resource is fresh off the press from Routledge and available in paperback for $34.95.
