Note: If your chapter bylaws are totally based upon the CSI Sample Chapter Bylaws, they do not require a vote of your membership and the rubric does not need to be completed except to verify this fact in the box below. A copy of the chapter bylaws must be submitted as an attachment to headquarters, however.

 

Additions, deletions, etc to the chapter bylaws will require the completion of this rubric and they will be reviewed and must be approved. If changes are needed, the Chapter Faculty Advisor will be contacted.

Initiation

Article 4

Chapter Officers and Responsibilities 

4.1

Chapter officers consist of at least President and Secretary-Treasurer.

The Executive Committee is the governing body of the chapter. The chapter officers consist of a representative from each of the areas of specialized study at the university (e.g., community, rehabilitation, school, college counseling) and the Chapter Faculty Advisor, ex-officio.
