Want to Know How to Conduct Your First Initiation Ceremony? Feedback from successful chapters points to the importance of conducting at least one initiation ceremony a year (some chapters even conduct two per year!).  Suggestions regarding scripts and speakers are provided here.

Awards  As a new chapter, CSI encourages you to share with others the great work you will be doing by applying for CSI awards!  Individual and chapter accomplishments are recognized at the annual ACA convention.  Take a look at the lists of possible awards, their descriptions and how to create your own chapter awards program.
