The following are a list of video tutorials with quick reference guides that provide members with an overview of website functions and how to get the most out of your csi-net.org experience. We are in the process of developing additional tutorials to address a variety of member needs.
Groups Members & Administrators
Group Members Rights & Privileges
All members are a part of their chapter 'primary group.' Members may also join other groups such as their state or regional group, a general interest group, or they may be approved for participation in a committee or reviewer group if they are part of a committee or editorial review team.
This 7 minute tutorial describes group member rights and privileges in accessing and contributing to your chapter group.
All group sites are managed and maintained by a group administrator who has the access to change group settings, modify the group webpages, send and approve group messages, access the resource directory, etc…
This 23 minute tutorial describes group administrator rights and privileges in maintaining your group.
Obtaining Your CE Certificates
All approved members of CSI are eligible to receive a free continuing education (CE) certificate for one NBCC-approved clock hour for each live or recorded webinar in which they participate.
This 3 minute tutorial describes the process of obtaining a CE certificate after completing the webinar and required survey or quiz.
Address Verification & Political Districting
There are helpful features in your profile; however, this one requires address verification. Political districting is useful for CSI's advocacy campaigns and it is useful for members to look up and browse information about their U.S. senators and representatives.
This 2 minute tutorial describes how members can verify their addresses to identify their political district representatives in the U.S. Congress and improve the effectiveness of counselor and client advocacy campaigns.
